Everybody goes on a journey in their life. Some people go on journeys more dangerous or rigorous than others but each journey is significant. The journey will change the hero with each decision they make and step they take.  In the quote by Lewis Carroll the hero changes and grows day by day throughout their journey. The goal at the end of the journey may be personal growth, new found knowledge or a prize that the hero values. At the end of the journey while the hero is in special world he/she may reflect on their journey and they stages they overcame.
